The good news is, there are steps we can take to improve. This course will provide you with the tools and information you need to consciously make a positive impact during your interactions.

  • Reduce the negative interference of your unconscious

    In many of our interactions across difference, our unconscious is in control and we don’t even know it. Our unconscious converts observations into judgements, and our cultural filters make decisions for us. The exercises in this course will enable you to reduce the negative interference of your unconscious so you can change your approach to cultural communication.

  • Develop from lower to higher stages of effectiveness

    From the Cultural Competence Model to cultural filters, SEEing the Difference will help you develop your effectiveness in interactions across difference. Identify the stage of development you are in right now, and take critical steps to develop your effectiveness.
